While the series has a star studded cast with new stars joining every season, fans had one very important question regarding any upcoming cameos and if Taylor Swift could possibly be one on the list.
While no such rumours have been confirmed, Selena Gomez had a few words to say about her BFF will ever grace any of the upcoming seasons with her presence. Here’s what she said.
Will Taylor Swift Be A Part Of ‘Only Murders In The Building’?
Some speculation on whether Taylor Swift may show up in a later episode of her popular show comes from Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short.
Selena Gomez responded to a very important rumour about bestie Taylor Swift as she faced a query about a possible rumour of a cameo by the ‘Fortnight‘ singer. “You’re hilarious,” Selena told E! News. “She’s a little busy, you guys,” she added.
While the rumour was declined by the team, they did launch into a few compliments for the pop star as Steve Martin said, “Here’s how I unite Taylor Swift and Selena. Taylor Swift handles everything perfectly and so does Selena. In the situations I’ve seen—politically, trolls, everything—she just seems to have a wisdom about how to do something quietly, effortlessly. And I know that you have to think about these things.”
Like a true bestfriend, Gomez replied, “I wish I was recording that to send to her.”

Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift’s relationship has probably been one of the longest withstanding friendships in the industry where the pop star duo have constantly supported one another and have spoken highly of each others’ talents and prowess. Gomez has even been a guest on three of Swift’s tours and the two of them are often spotted hanging out.
Their friendship started when the two of them were dating Nick and Joe Jonas while the Jonas Brothers were active. Though the relationships didn’t last, their friendship became the best thing to come out of it.
As of now, fans are hoping to catch a glimpse of the duo again at this year’s VMAs.
