Season 4 will also focus on Witherspoon’s character Bradley resigning after her brother’s involvement in the January 6th Capitol attack. Witherspoon has also teased the fact that she might be in jail next season. “Everybody keeps asking me if Bradley’s in jail, but I don’t know if I’m in trouble,” Witherspoon on the season 3 finale.
The next season could also witness a time jump and will continue with the old essence of the show.

There is no announcement related to their characters returning. Moreover, the addition of new characters can also be expected from the next season.
