As they become more intimate, Go-jin is able to soften his heart and the two come to an understanding. Go-jin and Wang So’s love is shown to be heartbreakingly beautiful, transcending the passage of time.

The show takes off from there as Tak Dong-Kyung must stop her wishes from coming true.

Myeol-mang strikes a bargain with her in an attempt to persuade her to genuinely wish for the end of the world as he wants the world to end in order to escape his eternal life. Even though both parties use the other’s ruin to further their own agendas during the beginning of their love tale, genuine feelings eventually surface.
