‘House Of The Dragons’: ‘Blood And Cheese’ Episode
The ground for the events that are going to happen in the upcoming season has already been laid in season 1. When the first season came to an end, Daemon informed Rhaenyra of the death of her son Lucerys. The brutal death of her son and his dragon Arrax was seemingly unintentional. But Aemond Targaryen, son of Queen Alicent, and his dragon Vhagar are thought to be involved in the death. However, as a mother, Rhaenyra is ready to seek revenge for her son’s death.
Blood and Cheese are two characters who are carrying out revenge against the Greens on behalf of the Blacks. And in the second season of ‘House of The Dragons’ a single episode will be dedicated to this revenge story. In addition, the series writer Sara Hess has confirmed that the TV adaptation will have its own version of the ‘Blood and Cheese‘ storyline. “An eye for an eye, a son for a son,” is what Daemon describes as the brutal trade in the book version. And the drama series will probably show justice to the statement.

How Gruesome is The Revenge Episode Going To Be?
The second season of the fantasy drama series is expected to be out by 2024. Sara Hess told Variety in a previous interview that the makers of the series were on the finale of Season 2. When asked about the much-anticipated blood and cheese episode Hess said that “I don’t think you will be disappointed”. This can mean that the episode would be so graphic, befitting the gruesome event.
Since the vengeance story is more personal, it will mostly increase the shock elements in the episode. Though there would be only fewer death, the difficulty would be in the fact that the men killing each other were once family.
