‘The Boys’ Changed Season 4 Finale Title Because Of The Attempt On Donald Trump’s Life
Even though ‘The Boys’ has always targeted American politics, they had to take a different path this time. Amazon changed the title of the season 4 finale accompanying the real-life events.
We all are aware of the assassination attempt on Donald Trump on July 13. Many celebrities reacted to it. Considering this unfortunate event, the title of the season 4 finale was changed to ‘Season Four Finale‘ from ‘Assassination Run’. The finale of the season follows Jim Beaver who is a president-elect-singer and the plot revolves around the president’s life.
The statement reads, “The season finale of The Boys contains scenes of fictional political violence, which some viewers may find disturbing, especially in light of the injuries and tragic loss of life sustained during the assassination attempt on former President Trump“.
The statement also continued, “The Boys is a fictitious series that was filmed in 2023, and any scene or plotline similarities to these real-world events are coincidental and unintentional. Amazon, Sony Pictures Television and the producers of The Boys reject, in the strongest terms, real-world violence of any kind.”

What Would Be The Future Of The Show?
‘The Boys’ franchise never disappoints. Continuing since the pandemic, the series has been a success after facing all the challenges. The current season 4 didn’t perform up to the mark and now fans have eyes on the fifth season which also happened to be the last season of the franchise.
College set spin-off ‘Gen V’ is reprising for a second season, which is currently under production. Moreover, the show makers also revealed that they wouldn’t cast anybody after Chance Perdomo after his death at the age of 27.
Apart from this, The 5th season of ‘The Boys‘ is all set for the production with Eric Kripke.
