Haki, one of the elemental powers in the universe of ‘One Piece,’ has time and again shown its importance for anyone who claims to be the strongest. From the very first part of One Piece till the Wano Arc, we have seen different forms of Haki users. Even though it is considered a great power, Conqueror’s Haki is completely on another level.
Whether they be the Four Emperors, Warlords, or Marines, we have seen different types of Devil Fruits users and their powers. Haki is different from a Devil Fruit. Haki alone can give its user strength to surmount levels ahead, without any special fruit power. There are some of the strongest characters in ‘One Piece’ who are powerful wielders of Conqueror’s Haki even without any Devil Fruit powers.

Top 5 Strongest Conqueror’s Haki Users
It is stated that one has to be born with abilities to use Conqueror’s Haki or they won’t ever be able to use it at all. Given its rarity in the universe of One Piece, we can tell why. In the following list, we’ll look out for 5 of the strongest users.
Though Gold D. Roger, as we know, is the Pirate King, I have not included his name in this list. We have seen how his death signaled the start of a New Era, but we never got to fully see him use his power. Moreover, this list comprises characters who are still alive, or at least were until Oda killed them in the Arc. So on that note, let’s get started!
Edward Newgate – Whitebeard
Considering his age and the incredible impact he had on the world, it is without a doubt, he is one of the strongest users of Conqueror’s Haki. his power was well demonstrated in The Marineford Arc. Three powerful Haki users had struggled to stop one of his attacks. Whitebeard is also the only one who rivaled Gold D. Roger and tied him in battles.
Red-Haired Shanks
The first time viewers get acquainted with Conqueror’s Haki is through Shanks. During the first three episodes, we see Shanks use his power (not even full) on the sea king when the latter attacks Luffy. During the Marineford, he came to stop the war, and nobody present defied him. Even Sengoku listened to him. Though we have yet to see his full power, his clash with Whitebeard was enough of a trailer for us.

Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy’s devil fruit powers unleash during the Wano Arc. We also see his immense growth in terms of Haki’s use. Luffy tapped into the advanced level of Conqueror’s Haki, allowing him to surpass Kaido and defeat the latter. He is a master in using all basic types of Haki along with using Conqueror’s Haki. Though he is yet to fully master the advanced level, it’s only a matter of time.
Kaido
Kaido’s Haki mastery along with his Mythical Zoan Fruit power is undoubtedly the strongest antagonist of the ‘One Piece’ world. If Luffy didn’t unleash his devil fruit power to surpass him, he would have ruled the world for another few decades. His Haki ability allows him to coat his strikes with powerful techniques, making him formidable. Luffy and Kaido fighting with their Conqueror Haki is one of the best fight sequences in the anime.
Big Mom
Unlike Kaido, who is a master of Conqueror’s Haki use, Big Mom‘s comparison is yet to be refined. Undoubtedly she is a very powerful character, who can manipulate the souls of living beings. Her being a Yonko is an additional fact of proving the statement. As one of the Four Emperors of the sea, she is only next to Kaido in power.
