    BTS’s V Admits That He Is Inspired By Heath Ledger; Wants To Play A Villain

    The South Korean band BTS is currently ruling the hearts of many young fans. They have a very strong fandom, ARMY who are always beside them at all costs. The key band members are Jungkook, Jimin, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, V, and Rap Monster. Kim Taehyung is a part of the Maknae line. He is the bias and even bias wrecker of many fans. There has always been a very huge debate between the Maknae line fans and the Hyung line fans. V has also stepped into acting along with rapping. He recently revealed his admiration for late actor Heath Ledger’s acting skills.

    Recently, the 26-year-old singer performed with his band at Melon Station. It is a part of Melon which is South Korea’s largest virtual music service. He admitted just how much of a big Heath Ledger fan he is. V spoke highly about his admiration for Heath Ledger. The singer said that he is a “huge fan” of Ledger and considers him a “role model”. ARMY has already spread V’s audio clip all over Twitter.

    Allkpop, a K-pop news channel revealed that this was not the first time that V has spoken highly about Heath Ledger. In an interview, 2001 V admitted, “My favorite character is a noir-like villain. I’m more attracted to the villain roles. The main characters are very attractive, but I think there are some movies where the villains are more attractive, like Heath Ledger in Joker.”

    Heath Ledger was an Australian actor. He is critically acclaimed for his versatility. He took part in commercials and even gay Rom-coms. Some of his famous movies are “Broke Back Mountain”, “The Patriot”, “A Night’s Tale” and “Ten Things I Hate About You”. Out of all these roles, his performance as “The Joker” in Christopher Nolan’s “The Drak Knight” deserves a mention. It got him a posthumous Oscar for a best supporting role. Unfortunately, the actor died due to a drug overdose when he was just 28.

    BTS band member V has stepped into the world of acting. He recently performed a supporting role in K-drama “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth”. In 2014, the singer even dressed like Joker on Halloween. The new BTS album “Proof” is going to release on June 10th, 2022.
