What Role Will Genneya Walton Play In Daredevil: Born Again
Recently Deadline reported that the ‘Candy Cane’ actress has been reeled for the role of a young journalist starring opposite Charlie Cox in the upcoming Marvel project. After being a part of multiple TV projects for a smaller role including ‘Never Have I Ever’ Season Four, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will be her first high-profile role.

How Is Genneya Walton’s Character Connected To The Netflix’s Daredevil
The casting of Genneya Walton as a young journalist raised speculation about her character’s connection to the Netflix series. The original series introduced Ben Urich in season one as an investigative journalist who worked for the New York Bulletin.
Ben Urich proved to be an ally of the trio(Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page) providing them with information about Kingpin’s criminal empire. Unfortunately, before Urich could expose him, Kingpin killed the journalist. While the allies mourned his death, there was no legacy left behind to avenge his death, until the latest updates. Genneya Walton’s character might be related to Ben Urich as her character description according to Deadline states a connection to a character from the original series.
