During the first round of ‘Special Forces’, the ‘ Jon & Kate Plus 8‘ star Kate Gosselin had to go face to face with two of her most extensive phobias – height and water. But, the task did not quite go as planned.
‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’ is Fox’s new reality competition series in which Kate became the first celebrity to be eliminated. The reason for the elimination was a neck injury that she got during the first mission itself. Let’s get to know the details.

How Did Kate Gosselin Get Injured?
The ‘new ‘Special Forces‘ reality series is filmed on in the Jordan desert. Various celebrities have to go through physical and mental challenges to emerge as winners. The 16 participating celebrities start with an exercise run in the desert during which Kate Gosselin seems to have a hard time keeping up.
Kate tells the audience that she is pursuing other projects after her sextuplets turned 18. The contestants’ first official challenge is a backward dive made from a helicopter. Despite a lot of struggle, Kate falls into the water directly on her back. After persistent neck pains, she is taken for an X-Ray as the medics suspect a broken neck.

Is Kate’s Injury Serious?
DS agent Remi Adeleke tells on camera that fortunately Kate Gosselin’s neck is not broken and is only seriously hurt. As a result of both failing the test and her neck injury, Kate becomes the first actress to exit from ‘Special Forces‘.
Although she was eliminated from the competition for her own health and safety many fans are debating that she will be back in no time as she had made appearances in other clips in the commercial. Guess we just have to wait and watch.
