Elon Musk has found himself under controversy yet again, this time for fresh scrutiny after a bombshell report from The Wall Street Journal accused him of having sexual relationships with many of his female employees. One of the employees has also claimed that he demanded her to have his child.

The Wall Street Journal Report Quotes Elon Musk’s Female Employees Accusing Him Of Having Sexual Relations With Them
According to a fresh report by The Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk got involved in a sexual relationship with a former intern who later joined his executive team and also had another affair with a second employee.
A third woman has also claimed that Musk repeatedly asked her to have his children. When she refused to cater to his demands, he allegedly denied her a raise and heavily criticized her performance.
As per the report, the situation further escalated when SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell clashed with one of the women Musk was involved with and accused her of having an affair with Shotwell’s husband. When the woman reported the accusation to HR, Shotwell was alerted about it as against the HR policies.
Shotwell then allegedly responded by demanding the woman’s removal from the CEO’s office, and her demands were complied with.

SpaceX And Elon Musk Have Faced Similar Allegations From Employees In The Past
The WSJ report cites several tangible proofs including text messages, emails, and interviews with over 48 people related to Musk’s former female employees who have made these accusations against him. It has raised concerns over the work environment at SpaceX.
Musk has not responded to the WSJ’s requests for comment yet. However, Gwynne Shotwell defended the company, claiming the WSJ’s request for comment “paint[s] a completely misleading narrative” of SpaceX’s culture. She asserted that SpaceX investigates all harassment complaints thoroughly.
These accusations against Musk come months after similar accusations against SpaceX made in 2021. Five former employees of the company had described a pervasive “culture of sexual harassment” at the company, including incidents of groping.
A 2022 Business Insider report alleged that a flight attendant on Musk’s private jet accused him of exposing himself and offering to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage. Earlier this year, a former employee filed a lawsuit alleging sexual abuse and discrimination.
No legal action has been initiated in the WSJ report matter so far.
