Dax Randall Shepard is a 47-year-old American actor, comedian, filmmaker, and podcast host. Kristen Anne Bell is a 42-year-old successful American actress. They have been with each other since 2007 and are basically indestructible now. In April 2022 Bell said to Page Six about Dex, “Oh, he’s the best. Kristen Bell And Dax Shepard Met In 2007
The duo first met at a friend’s dinner party in 2007 but as Bell revealed in an interview, there were “no sparks whatsoever”. Bell and Shepard then met at a hockey game, a week later and finally started dating each other after a few days. Dax Shepard told Good Housekeeping, “When I met her and her friends, I was suspicious of their unbridled happiness. I thought, ‘Something stinks here; they’re in a cult.’ But slowly I began to see her positive way of looking at the world. She gives people the benefit of the doubt.“
In 2009, Dax popped up the question and Kristian said yes. They got married on October 17, 2013, after welcoming their first daughter in 2013. “We got married in a tiny room in the Beverly Hills courthouse, and it was still one of the best days of my life,” Bell told CBS Sunday Morning. The whole wedding cost was only $142.

The Couple Went To The Same Therapist Separately
They say problems make a man stronger and the same is with relationships. On ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show‘, Bell revealed that she and her husband went through a rough period during the pandemic. They eventually decided to go see the same therapist so they could “talk s*** about each other.”
She added, “We have such different backgrounds … Until I was 32, I thought the world was just wolves, that there was no way anyone was acting with any kind of benevolence.”
But luckily the therapy helped the couple a lot. “I thought I had this life thing down pat when I met Dax. I didn’t realize that I needed a much bigger toolbox to have confrontations and disagreements with people,” said Bell, adding, “We were driving each other nuts, and we were fighting so much, but we worked it out like adults … [but] even when we’re fighting, we can still laugh at each other and at ourselves.”
