Many women in Hollywood are embracing motherhood in their own ways. It’s not surprising today that children of celebrities also become mini-celebrities just months after their birth. While some women are doing a conventionally laudable job at being mothers, some fall prey to online criticism for their odd choices of raising their children. Despite it all, the small anecdotes they share about motherhood often make it to the headlines.
One such actress is Tori Spelling, who has recently been opening up about her motherhood experiences. Known for her role in ‘Beverly Hills’, the actress recently shared a hilarious anecdote on her misSPELLING podcast about a desperate moment stuck in Los Angeles traffic. Now 50-year-old, Spelling recalled how being a mother came to her rescue when she was stuck in heavy traffic.

Narrating the incident, Tori Spelling described how she desperately wanted to pee when she was once stuck in the infamous Los Angeles traffic. “I’m not going to make it home,” she remembered thinking while the only thing she wanted to do is empty her bladder. Desperation led her to her trusty “OG Balenciaga” bag, which she also lovingly calls “Tori Poppins” for its magical ability to hold essential items.
“And I went through and I’m like, aha, a diaper. And I literally put like on a diaper and pissed in my pants in Beau’s diaper. It really comes in handy, you guys,” Spelling said while speaking with her friend on the podcast episode.
Spelling shares five children with her estranged husband Dean McDermott. Among them, she is closer to her youngest son Beau, who is currently 7 years old.

In another podcast episode, Tori Spelling also revealed that Beau accompanies her even while she poops or pees in the bathroom. “Beau still stands there and stares and talks to me while I’m pooping. I think I function better with people,” the ‘BH90210‘ actress said.
“Is that co-dependent?” she asked herself, adding, “Yes. Cool.” Though the actress has been facing some personal challenges in terms of her romantic life, her family dynamic seems to be in good spirits.
Her mother, Candy Spelling, recently assured PEOPLE that “everything’s good” within the family, despite her marital struggles. She often gives her fans glimpses of her life through her podcast.
