The Kardashian family’s world turned upside down when the news of Kris Jenner’s tumor hit them like a truck. The news was revealed in the new episode trailer of the family show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’. Everybody including Kendall, Kylie, and Khloé were visibly shocked by the news of their mother’s ailment.
While a glimpse of the healthcare was revealed in the show’s trailer, Kris has been talking more about it in the show. The matriarch is visibly scared for her health and consequently quite emotional about the situation. As she is likely to undergo a surgery to get the tumor removed soon, here’s what she has to say about it.
Kris Jenner Is “Very Scared” Of Her Ovaries Being Removed
The matriarch of the Kardashian clan, Kris Jenner is going through a tough time after being diagnosed with a tumor in her ovaries. Though a powerful woman otherwise, she is scared and equally emotional about her upcoming surgery wherein she would get her ovaries removed.
On this week’s episode of KUWTK, she shared another health update with her boyfriend Corey Gamble to her daughters, Kylie, Kendall, and Khloé. “I wanted to tell you guys something…I went to the doctor and had my scan,” she says on the show before starting to cry. “They found, and this just makes me emotional but, they found a cyst and a little tumor on my ovary.”
Kris Jenner then refers to her ovaries as a “very sacred place” as it was the place where all of her kids were conceived. “Dr A said I’ve gotta have my ovaries taken out and I’m emotional about it because they came in handy with you guys,” she tells her family. “That’s where all my kids were conceived and that’s where they were grown, in my tummy. So this is a very sacred place to me.”

All Of Kris Jenner’s Daughters Are Standing By Her In Difficult Times
After Kris Jenner shared the news with her daughters, they all got emotional and shared strength with her. Kim was “really sad” after hearing the news and she couldn’t imagine the stress her mother was going through. Khloé also got sister Kourtney on the phone to talk to Kris.
Kourtney said, “I totally understand how my mom is feeling because I would feel the same way. It’s your womanly power and it doesn’t mean that it’s taking away who she is or what she’s experienced, but I would feel this sentimental feeling of what it’s created.”
Kris, meanwhile, is staying strong and positive about the surgery despite her emotions. “Listen, if I can get through the hip replacement, I can get through this. I’m not nervous to be put to sleep. I’m not nervous about Dr. A, she’s the best doctor in the world. But then you go to do it and… it’s so real,” she said.
Moreover, Kris also admitted that she’s getting older and it’s a sign that she’s done with life. “It’s a whole chapter that’s just closed,” she added.
