Crush On Leonardo DiCaprio
In an interview, actress Amy Adams revealed that she had a massive crush on Leonardo DiCaprio before entering Hollywood. She unlike others did not fall for DiCaprio when he played Jack in ‘Titanic‘. Instead, she developed a crush on him after watching the movie ‘Growing Pains’ as Luke Brower. She admitted she became a fan of the actor after watching the film and was very excited to someday work with him.
Adams did get a chance to work with her crush as she starred alongside DiCaprio in the film ‘Catch Me If You Can’ in 2002. Although the experience working with him was very great, she revealed in the interview that her crush died after she worked with the actor. She said, “Nothing really kills a crush faster than working with somebody.”
Adams disclosed that after working with Leo, he became like a friend to her instead of a super-famous crush that she didn’t know. Furthermore, the 42-year-old made it clear that it wasn’t in a terrible way. She said that speaking with and meeting the actor dispelled any emotions of infatuation. She added, “But no like you get to know him, and it’s not like the fantasy of the person anymore… Now it’s Leo.”
