Rihanna was spotted wearing a T-shirt that read “I’m retired” in large white letters, with the addendum “This is as dressed up as I get” in smaller red text. The star was on an outing with her boyfriend ASAP Rocky.
She paired the blue, short-sleeved t-shirt with a darker blue maxi skirt and red sneakers, accessorizing with a lime green purse. Rocky also complemented her look with a tan and brown argyle sweater shirt and light denim jeans.
Rihanna’s indirect message comes amid updates from both stars about Rihanna’s future music plans. Despite the playful “retired” message on her shirt, fans are eagerly awaiting her next album, which would be her first since ‘Anti‘ in 2016.

He responded with a smile, saying, “She’s working on it,” while interacting with fans in Paris
In another interview in April with Entertainment Tonight, Rihanna assured fans that her new music would be worth the wait. Speaking about the tracks she’s been working on, she said they’re “so good.”
She further revealed that she has several potential hits stored away. “I already got stuff that I feel like I can make hits out of,” the pop star said. “Really.”
