After two failed marriages, and that too because of her stardom, we wouldn’t blame Jen if she had decided to give up. But she wouldn’t be Jennifer Lopez then, would she? The next husband of J Lo we have is Marc Anthony. He emerged as a steady anchor during a pivotal moment in the popstar’s life. Taking roots as a friendship, their connection blossomed into romance in September 2003. This was right after the earth-shattering split Jen and Ben had. Getting out of one engagement pool, Lopez decided to jump right back into another. By 2004, she and Anthony had exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony.
The star couple welcomed twins just four years after their wedding in 2008. Their shared passion for music and family built the strong foundation of their healthy marriage life. In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Jennifer talked about her then-husband in an adoring light. She shared, “Even though I had sold 70 million records, there was this feeling like, I’m not good at this.” Adding, “Marc…he helped me get over it. He kept telling me, ‘You’re the only one holding yourself back from reaching your full potential as a singer.
