Kanye West Loses Another Project Due To His Anti-Semitic Comments

Kanye West is finally facing the consequences of his wrongdoings and hate-spewing comments. The repercussions are financial and it is harming his repertoire with long-nurtured business relations between giants in the industry. The hate-mongering behavior has had a pattern where it all started with his ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt at Paris Fashion Week. Later, he posted insensitive, anti-Semitic posts on his social media, which was the last nail in the coffin.

As a consequence, many brands pulled the plug with the brands Yeezy and Ye. Adidas put the contract with him ‘under review’. Fashion giants like Balenciaga and Vogue no longer want any association with Kanye due to his erratic behavior. Now, along with brand deals, the ‘Donda’ rapper is also losing projects, and most recently, he lost an important one.

He had no qualms about inflicting hate on Black people and Jews. Now, the ‘N***as In Paris’ rapper is facing the brunt of his actions by getting sacked by brands and talent agencies.

Recently, the film and television studio MRC announced that they will no longer release the completed documentary on Kanye’s life. The decision came after Ye’s continuous attack on the Jews. The CEOs Asif Satchu and Modi Wiczyk along with the COO Scott Tenley released an open letter on Monday. This came in light of Kanye’s “anti-Semitic” comments.

The statement said, “This morning, after discussion with our filmmakers and distribution partners, we made the decision not to proceed with any distribution for our recently completed documentary about Kanye West.” The company will proceed further with any activities of promoting or distributing the documentary.

With this continuous attack, in an open letter, the chiefs at MRC called out the industry along with West. In the letter, they said, “The silence from leaders and corporations when it comes to Kanye or antisemitism, in general, is dismaying but not surprising. What is new and sad, is the fear Jews have about speaking out in their own defense.”

Notwithstanding the chiefs’ claims, many industry giants have severed ties with Kanye West. Be it Balenciaga, who collaborated extensively with Ye for their ‘Yeezy Gap Engineered Collections’ or Vogue’s Anna Wintour, who does not want to associate with the entrepreneur.
