The Super Bowl this year was loaded with celebrities of all kinds, right from Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift to the controversial rapper Kanye West. As Kanye appeared in the Raising Cane’s suite among the Hollywood elite, the way he was received was not so warm. The controversial rapper, known for his antisemitic remarks and peculiar behavior, was in attendance at the chicken chain’s suite during the big game.
Kanye was obviously hoping to enjoy the event alongside other famous stars who were present there. Among the star-studded crowd was Leonardo DiCaprio, a longtime friend of West. But despite their past friendship, Di Caprio did not receive Kanye all that well.

Do Kanye West And Leonardo DiCaprio Have Beef Against Each Other?
Some reports revealed that despite being in the same suite with Kanye West, Leonardo DiCaprio did not acknowledge West’s presence. Even though the initial reports suggested there was a nod exchange, a later source said, “There was no interaction whatsoever.”
The two celebrities have had a history of friendship, as the rapper had thrown a surprise show for ‘The Wolf of Wall Street‘ star at his 39th birthday bash at Tao in 2013. West was also notably excited when DiCaprio won an Oscar in 2016, as he had taken to social media to post a congratulatory message. “Finally!!! Our guy!!! We’re so so happy for Leo!!!” Kanye had said.
However, it seems their relationship has changed over the years. Some reports suggested that Kanye West was not invited to the Raising Cane’s suite. An insider revealed that West and his wife, Bianca Censori, dropped into the suite without an invitation.
“He came in for a few minutes with his wife [Bianca Censori],” an insider said. “He was just like a guy dropping into suites, like, ‘Can I stick around for a minute? Can I get a free drink?’” the insider added.

Kanye West’s Antisemitic Remarks Have Costed Him Career And Relationships
The Raising Cane’s suite was meanwhile filled with A-listers like Tobey Maguire, Vince Vaughn, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, French Montana, the D’Amelio family, Ashanti and Nelly, Diplo, Wayne Gretzky, Tiffany Haddish, among others.
West has a controversial image in the industry. The most recent backlash he faced along with professional consequences was for his antisemitic remarks. He was also dismissed by some major brands like Adidas and Gap in 2022 after the controversy.
Despite the repercussions, Kanye has maintained his stance regarding his antisemitic comments. It is assumed to be one of the reasons why Di Caprio chose to keep a distance from the rapper.
Representatives for DiCaprio and Raising Cane chose not to comment on the incident, while West’s representatives also did not respond to the inquiries.
