Madonna has been dazzling the stage while on her Celebration Tour, but some of her fans are seemingly not quite impressed with her. As she has been touring around the world for her performances, Madonna has been hit with a lawsuit from a fan.
The who has made some unexpected claims in the lawsuit, claiming he was “deceived” by Madonna’s Celebration World Tour. He also made allegations of some sexually inappropriate performances during her tour performances. Here’s what he has claimed in the lawsuit.

Madonna Accused Of “Deceptive Business Practices” In The Latest Lawsuit
One of Madonna’s fans named Justen Lipeles has filed a class action suit against the pop icon and her promoter Live Nation in California on Thursday. As per the lawsuit, Madonna and Live Nation have been accused of misleading concertgoers into purchasing expensive tickets for her shows in February and March.
It further claims that despite the high prices of the tickets, the performances started much later than advertised, often after 10 p.m. The complaint also criticizes the conditions at the concerts, asserting that the venues were hot and uncomfortable. The fan further claimed that the songstress lip-synched much of her performances.
The lawsuit further alleges that concertgoers had to see topless women performing sexual acts on stage, which the complainant has claimed constitutes “pornography without prior warning”. He also claims that the pop star creates a sex-positive environment during her performances, with erotic dancing, NSFW touching, and lap dances with stars like Maluma and Ricky Martin.
The lawsuit names the music icon of as indulging in “unfair, unlawful, deceptive business practices, that showed her “flippant disrespect for her fans.”

Madonna Has Faced Similar Allegations In The Past
Other than Madonna herself, the lawsuit also names Forum Entertainment, Kia Forum, Acrisure Arena, the Golden 1 Center, and Chase Center alongside Madonna and Live Nation. The plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages for breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, emotional distress, unfair competition, and false advertising.
Madonna has not yet commented on the lawsuit. However, this is not the first time she has been subject of legal action over late concert starts. In January, two other fans had sued her for starting a concert late at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. Madonna’s legal team had moved to dismiss that lawsuit at the time.
In defense, the legal team argued that no reasonable concertgoer would expect the headline act to start at the ticketed time. They also claimed that the advertised time was for the venue doors opening.
As the legal proceedings continue, both sides are preparing to present their arguments in court, while it remains to be seen for the fans what ensues further.
