Rishi Sunak and his wife own three properties in the UK and the US, worth a combined total of about $20 million. Their primary home is a five-bedroom mansion in Kensington, West London is worth $10 million. The largest property in their collection is a Manor House. It is a 19th-century, heritage-listed two-story countryside mansion in the village of Kirby Sigston in North Yorkshire. They purchased the mansion in July 2015 for $2.3 million.

A $7m penthouse apartment in the beachside suburb of Santa Monica in the US is also owned by the couple.
