Kristen Bell is raising the curtain on a steamy interaction she had with her now husband Dax Shepard that led to her realizing he had the hots for her. Both the actors have been friends for years and have exchanged some rather interesting anecdotes about their relationship.
Talking about one of the very first meetings together, Kristen recalled one of the pair’s initial, eyebrow-raising exchanges. Here’s how she knew Shepard was attracted to her.

Kristen Bell Recalls Her First Meeting With Dax Shepard
Talking about one of the very first meetings she had with Dax Shepard, Kristen Bell recalled a rather gross incident that happened between both. They met for the first time over twenty years ago at Shauna Robertson’s birthday party. Talking about the first meet she said, “We had no chemistry that night.” But things changed.
Later on, during a LA Kings hockey game, the two ran into each other once again. Kirsten said that Dax was there with Michael, a mutual friend, with whom she had originally intended to flirt with. “I knew Michael and I was like, ‘All right… We’re single. We haven’t been single in years. This is gonna be great. I’m gonna go over and flirt with Michael,’” she recalled.
“Michael had something else to do and was talking to someone else and Dax came up to me and I was like, ‘Oh, you were at Shauna’s dinner,’ and he was like, ‘Yeah, that’s right. I remember you vaguely,’” she continued.
Then the conversation took a strange turn as Bell recalled, “I was chewing gum and he said, ‘Do you have any more gum?’ and I said, ‘No, just this,’ and I kind of coyly took it out of my mouth like this. And he grabbed it from me, and he goes, ‘I’ll take it,’ and then he put it in his mouth, and I was like, ‘This guy wants to f**k me.'”

Kristen Bell And Dax Shepard’s Relationship
As far as real love in Hollywood goes, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have set the bar quite high. The couple got engaged in 2010 and in 2013 they were legally married. Talking about the wedding, Bell said “It was still one of the best days of my life that we got married in a tiny room in the Beverly Hills courthouse.”
On March 28, 2013, the couple gave birth to Lincoln Bell Shepard, their first child. They welcomed Delta Bell Shepard, their second child, in December 2014. Though they are pretty public about their relationship, they have kept their kids faces away from the public.
Talking about that, Kristen has said, “As open as we are, we’ve agreed to a certain amount of openness. And the rest is ours. And it will stay ours.”
