The Gryffindor and Slytherin scholars Emma Watson and Tom Felton have confessed their love for each other on several occasions. The two starred in J.K.Rowling’s fantasy fiction adaptation of the ‘Harry Potter’ series. Though the two were pitted against and were sworn enemies from different houses on screen, they loved each other. Over the 10 years, the friendship grew and is still going strong.
Emma has been head over heels for Tom Felton, but they both neither confirmed nor denied their relationship. Recently, ‘The Little Women’ star penned a foreword for Felton’s memoir. She expressed her love towards the actor and how she finds it difficult to explain to people the nature of their relationship.

“It Is One Of The Purest Loves I Can Think Of”: Emma Watson On Tom Felton
The actor who played Draco Malfoy in the ‘Harry Potter’ series has released a memoir titled ‘Beyond the Wand: The Magic and Mayhem of Growing Up a Wizard’. In the book, Felton chronicles his life when he landed the role of Draco Malfoy and earned fame in his early teens. The book is written with added humor and a warm description of growing up with co-actors that led to lasting friendships.
One of the most cherished friendships is that with Emma Watson aka Hermione. The actress has had a long association with Tom even post the filming. Now, the 32-year-old actress has written a foreword for her beloved. She writes, “You know that person in your life who makes you feel seen? That person who is somehow a witness to all that unfolds? That person who knows – really knows – what is happening to you and what you’re going through, without anything having to be said? For me, that person is Tom Felton.”
The actress also mentioned how difficult it is to explain to people their relationship. Emma writes, “For more than 20 years now we’ve loved each other in a special way, and I’ve lost count of the times that people have said to me, ‘You must have drunkenly made out, just once!’ ‘You must have kissed!’ ‘There must be something!’ “
For her, it is an unexplainable bond.“But what we have is far deeper than that. It’s one of the purest loves I can think of.”

The Dramione fans have loved the love and warmth between Felton and Watson. In the foreword, ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ actress described the impact of their friendship. She wrote, “The friendship we share has allowed me to move through some of the most challenging and soul-searching moments of my life.”
During the reunion episode of the ‘Harry Potter’ cast, she said that when Tom drew a picture of God as a skateboarding girl is when she “fell in love”. Emma said, “I just don’t know how to say it, I just fell in love with him! I used to come in every day and look for his number on the call sheet. It was number 7. And if his number was on the call sheet, it was an extra exciting day.” However, she assured that “nothing has ever happened, romantically” between them.
