Swift and Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce were spotted together, according to a report from The Messenger, which added fuel to the fire of those rumors.
Kelce talked about his failed attempt to give Swift his number while he was at her show. He said, “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings. So I was a little bummed that I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”
“I received a bunch of [friendship bracelets] being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it,” Kelce added. Well, that didn’t happen as “she doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal.”
Rumors started circulating then that the athlete and the artist were secretly hanging out, but they have since disappeared because of a new report. A source informed ET that there is no official relationship between the singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.
The source further said, “Travis has been into Taylor for a while and definitely has a crush on her. He is a simple guy that is very funny, charismatic, chill, and loves playing football.”
