It is very unclear when and how the couple meet, but according to reports from The Mirror, they began dating in September 2006, when Kardashian was working as Paris Hilton’s assistant and Cannon was a raising television star with his new show ‘Wild ‘N Out‘. The relationship continued for a few months before they reportedly broke up in January of 2007, just before Kim Kardashian became global fame with her family’s show ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘.
Five years after the split in a rare interview with Howard Stern, Nick Cannon revealed the reason why the couple parted ways. Apparently, Kardashian lied about the existence of her 2003 sex tape with Ray J. In a conversation with Huffington Post, the ‘Drumline‘ actor said, “This was my issue. We talked about this tape…And she told me there was no tape. If she might have been honest with me I might have tried to hold her down and be ‘That was before me’ because she is a great girl. She’s actually one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. But the fact that she lied and told me that there was no tape? And I still think she might have even had a part to play with [its release].”

Kim Kardashian’s Dating History
After Kim Kardashian and Nick Cannon split in 2007, she dated Reggie Bush from 2007 to 2010. However, when Kim cheated on Bush with Kanye West, Amber Rose called her a homewrecker. After dating Bush, Kim went on dating an athlete Miles Austin, a football pro. The couple did not last long, since it was a long-distance relationship, Kardashian claimed.
It is impossible to forget Kris Humphries, who was majorly documented on the show ‘Keeping up the Kardashians‘. And of course, the fairytale wedding, although the fairytale did not last long and the couple finalized their divorce in 2011. After her divorce, the model began dating comedian Pete Davidson. Sadly the relationship did not last long and the duo split on August 2022.
