The ‘Gilmore Girls’ actress Lauren Graham and her ‘Parenthood’ co-star Peter Krause started dating in the year 2010. The couple hadn’t been much public with their relationship. But they had been together long enough to know each other inside out.
It was a shock to know about the split of a duo that had been together this long. Throughout their relationship, they had spent most of their time in each other’s company. But due to work during the time of the pandemic, the two had to live apart for about five months. Later came their break-up news. Here’s what Lauren Graham has to say about her spilt from Peter Krause.

Lauren Graham On Peter Krause Split
The actress had been interviewed by People on behalf of the release of her new book, ‘Have I Told You This Already? Stories I Don’t Want to Forget to Remember‘. In the talk, the writer also talked about her split from Peter Krause. “I think part of all the positives of having known each other for a really long time was there,” Graham shared with People. “And one of the negatives of that is we almost came into a relationship as people in their 40s without asking any of the questions people in their 40s should be asking,” she continued.
Things went wrong with the two when they came to discuss their fundamental visions in life. “We had such a good time together that I didn’t maybe ask some fundamental questions about ‘What are your values and what do you envision?’ and those more grown-up things. And then they just caught up with us,” Graham explained.

What Was The Couple’s Romantic Past?
The two had met earlier at the show ‘Caroline in the City‘, in which they had guest roles back in the 90s. But back then their friendship hadn’t blossomed into a romantic relationship. It was in 2010 when they acted as siblings in ‘Parenthood’ that the two fell for each other. They made a few public appearances of which Golden Globes 2020 was the final one.
Being single in her 50s has made her stronger, says the actress. Though busy with work, she’s ready to find love all over again after some time. “I’m in a rare position where I’m so thankful and I don’t even know what else I would want. I got more than I ever thought,” she told in the interview. “So now it becomes, how can I be a good citizen of the world and enjoy life? And who’s going to be the fun person to do that with?” The actress for the time being is more enthusiastic about her upcoming book.
