Drew Barrymore Talks About Her Divorce From Will Kopelman
Barrymore has been married three times. Her third husband was Will Kopelman and the two were married between 2012 and 2016. However, the separation had an impact on her.
In an interview with People magazine, the actress said that it was “crippingly difficult” for her and she started drinking heavily afterward. She said that she was “trying to numb the pain and feel good.”
“There was no scandal. Nothing went wrong, which is cleaner, but makes it harder and more confusing because there isn’t a thing to point to. We tried so hard to make it work“, she said.
Kopelman went on to marry Alexandra Michler after their divorce and Barrymore has been busy with her television talk show ‘The Drew Barrymore Show.’

Barrymore Hasn’t Slept With Anyone Since Her Divorce
Barrymore said that since she became a single mother post her split with Kopelman, she hasn’t been in an intimate relationship. She said that she is raising two daughters who helped her quit alcohol.
She also said, “I have just finally come to the epiphany that love and s*x are simply not the same things”. “I searched my whole life for, which is to be a calm woman and not a bombastic party girl.”
