“There Is Only One GOAT”: Ye Claims He ‘Washed’ Kendrick Lamar And Drake

It seems Kanye West has just taken part in Drake’s feud with rapper Kendrick Lamar through a long Instagram post, dissing both of them. The singers, who have been feuding now since years by dissing each other publicly, were subjected to public shade by Kanye, who had earlier this month insisted on being called Ye instead as an attempt to dismiss his ‘slave’ name.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Ye went on one of his long rants, claiming he ‘washed’ both Kendrick and Drake, claiming that he is the ‘GOAT’. In the post, he writes, “Everyone knows I washed Kendrick on No More Parties in LA. Everyone knows I washed Drake at the Free Hoover concert. Everyone knows I brought Adidas into this culture and I took them out.”

The post further read, “Everyone knows Demna, Virgil, Jerry, Kim all worked for me. I made Yeezus, Dark Fantasy, Pablo, Graduation, Throne, 808s. I made Runaway, Devil in a New Dress, Father Stretch. I am the only person to come back to number one after cancellation. There is only one goat. I stand by me. My friends call me Ye :).”

His long was followed by criticism from many for his narcissistic behavior and public shaming of several companies and artists while also elongating the feud between Drake and Lamar. Previously, West has also claimed that he ‘invented’ every genre of music out there- something that ended up with him getting a lot of backlash.

Neither Drake nor Kendrick have given a response to his post yet.

The feud began with Lamar dissing a bunch of artists and including Drake in that list. He called out J. Cole, Meek Mill, Drake, Big K.R.I.T., Wale, Pusha T, ASAP Rocky, Tyler, the Creator, Mac Miller, Big Sean and Jay Electronica and said, “I got love for you all, but I’m trying to murder you n—as/ Trying to make sure your core fans never heard of you n—as/ They don’t want to hear not one more noun or verb from you ni–as.”

Drake responded and said, “I didn’t really have anything to say about it. It just sounded like an ambitious thought to me. That’s all it was. I know good and well that [Lamar] ‘s not murdering me, at all, in any platform. So when that day presents itself, I guess we can revisit the topic.”

In an interview, Drake said, “Mind you, I never once said he’s a bad guy [or] I don’t like him. I think he’s a f–king genius in his own right, but I also stood my ground as I should. And with that came another step, which then I have to realize I’m being baited and I’m not gonna fall”.

After that, Kendrick dissed him again in a recent verse of a song he was featured in by singing, “Yeah, get up with me, f–k sneak dissing/’First Person Shooter,’ I hope they came with three switches. Think I won’t drop the location? I still got PTSD/ Motherf–k the Big Three, n—a, it’s just big me. N***a, bum, what? I’m really like that / And your best work is a light pack.”

To which Drake responded, “A lot of people asking me how I’m feeling… listen, the way I’m feeling is the same way I want you to walk out of here feeling tonight about your f***ing self. Because you know how I’m feeling? I got my head up high, my back straight, I’m 10 f***ing toes down… and feeling like anywhere else I go… and I know no matter what, there’s not a n**** on this Earth that can ever f*** with me in my life,” he shouted. “And that’s how I want y’all to walk out of here tonight…”

“But,” he continued, “you know, you can get yourselves gassed up, riled up and move towards the future… Sometimes you’ve got to acknowledge the mistakes you’ve made in the past… right? So that’s what I want you all to do. Everybody in here.”
