Ever since James Gunn and Peter Safran took over DC, the studio has gone through multiple changes. In the process to create a rebooted DC, decisions taken by the new CEOs have left the fans excited as well as baffled. Many recent announcements including Henry Cavill’s untimely exit and Gunn’s new creative direction have left the DC fans in shock.
Many Hollywood A-listers like Ben Affleck, Will Smith, Gal Gadot, and Margot Robbie were part of the DC family. The most surprising of them all was Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck’s DCEU exit. Superman star Cavill and Batman actor Affleck’s exit was undoubtedly unceremonious but Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot was rumored to be one of the actors to exit from the studio. But it seems like the Wonder Woman star might be sticking around for a while.

Gal Gadot On Her Fellow DC Actors’ Exit
While speaking with ComicBook.com, Gal Gadot shared her views on the DC studio replacing Henry Cavil with David Corenswet as Superman. Surprisingly the Wonder Woman actress was completely oblivious to which actor will take over the mantel of The Kryptonian Hero from Cavill. However, she knew about the screen tests taking place behind the scenes for Clark Kent and Lois Lane.
The ‘Red Notice’ actress also shared her support for the upcoming actor’s journey into DC studios, noting that this movie will be such an exciting beginning for any actor and wishing him the best of luck. Gal Gadot said, “I saw that they were testing, doing different screen tests, but I don’t know who got it, but it seemed like everyone was super legit and talented and, like, great. So I’m happy for them. It’s such a huge take-on and it’s such an exciting beginning to any actor, and I wish whoever it’s going to be the best of luck and enjoy the ride.”

Will Gal Gadot appear in ‘Wonder Woman 3’?
Directed by Patty Jenkins, the first installment of ‘Wonder Woman’ was released in 2017 and went on to create massive records as it became DC’s highest-grossing female-led superhero movie. Gal Gadot’s starer ‘Wonder Woman’ was a great success and the franchise holds the character’s essence in the DC Universe. Following the news of Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck’s exit, fans also speculated that Gal Gadot might also leave the DC family.
Although Gal Gadot is not done playing Diana and will most probably appear in Wonder Woman 3. Gadot confirmed the possibilities of the third installment, “I love portraying Wonder Woman, It’s so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we’re gonna develop a Wonder Woman 3 together.”
However, at this point, there is no Wonder Woman project slated in DC’s Gods and Monsters, chapter one of The Universe. So, it is still unclear if Gadot is reprising her role again. But the fans will get to witness the Wonder Woman TV project which is at work in Max.
