    “It Was Horrible”: Fans React To A Video Of Harry Styles Getting Hit With Skittles At ‘Love On Tour’ Stop In LA

    Harry Styles got hit with a barrage of skittles at his ‘Love on Tour’ stop in Los Angeles on November 14, 2022. The video circulated online of the singer getting hit with skittles – seemingly painful – has alarmed many of his fans. Skittles incident happened as he was blowing kisses to fans after wrapping up his hit ‘As It Was’.

    The ‘Watermelon Sugar’ singer is not new to the club of controversial singers and actors. His work in the movie ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ was side-tracked and outshined after the controversies surrounding his alleged affair with director Olivia Wilde gained media’s attention. He seemingly swept away all these controversies under the rug and has started touring the world.

    Harry Styles Hit With Skittles At ‘Love On Tour’

    A video circulating online shows the singer getting hit with a barrage of skittles. Harry Styles was finishing up his hit ‘As It Was’ and blowing kisses to his fans, his head suddenly whipped back and he grabbed his face after getting pelted with skittles. It certainly appeared painful in the video, one can only imagine how Styles would have felt.

    Even after getting hit some fans noted that ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ actor continued to wave and blow kisses to fans and even thanked them for coming to the show. Pauli Lovejoy, one of Styles’ drummers, said in an Instagram Live the next day that Styles “is OK.” “But do me a favor, don’t throw no more Skittles on stage,” he said.

    Twitter Reacts To The Skittle Incident

    Harry Styles Getting Hit With Skittles At ‘Love On Tour’

    Styles has not publicly commented on the incident. However that has not stopped it from going viral. The situation even triggered a tweet from Skittles itself. “Didn’t think I needed to say this: Please don’t throw Skittles,” the brand said. The grocery store chain Save A Lot chimed in, asking, “What if Harry wanted to taste the rainbow?” To which Skittles responded, “There are safer ways to do this.” 

    A fan tweeted that it “ruined” Styles‘ next song, “Kiwi” because “he wouldn’t open his eye for the whole song.” Another fan quoted a news report that the global population had hit 8 billion, and said, “It’s about to be 7.9999999999999999 once i find out who threw skittles at Harry’s eye.”
