The Kardashians are an American family that is well-known in the worlds of entertainment, reality television, fashion design, and business. They are recognized for their involvement in the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The family’s new show, The Kardashians premiered in April 2022 on HULU.
After a swift court battle, The Kardashians won their defamation suit against Blac Chyna. Chyna has sued them for slander, but the jury decided to side with the Kardashian family.
The Kardashians Won The Defamation Case
Kardashians were nowhere to be found before the judgment was read. The clerk questioned their lawyer where they were, and the lawyer said that they were all in New York City, “at some gala.” They’re obviously at the Met.
For the last several weeks, the K’s and Chyna have been fighting in court over a $100 million lawsuit filed in 2017. Blac has filed the suit alleging the family for defaming her and trying to harm her career by canceling her reality show with Rob.
The Kardashians claimed Chyna was abusive with Rob and threatened to murder him and Kylie Jenner. Much of the evidence centered on an altercation between Chyna and Rob in December 2016… when she was pregnant with their kid and their reality show, “Rob & Chyna,” was being renewed for a second season.
The Kardashians Said Chyna Threatened To Murder Rob
The Kardashians said Chyna threatened to murder Rob. They told the court that Chyna Held a gun to Rob’s head and wrapped a phone cord around his neck. She also beat him with a metal rod and hurled furniture at his car when he attempted to flee the heated altercation.
Chyna testified that she was only joking when she aimed a gun at Rob’s head and tied the cord around him. She denied throwing anything at his car or punching him.
There was also a lot of commotion outside the courtroom. Blac Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni threaten the judge who had thrown her out for disparaging Kris Jenner and her children. TT claimed her threat was directed at Kris rather than the judge.
Almost all including Kris, Khloe, Kim, Kylie, and Rob, as well as Kris’ boyfriend, Corey Gamble, took a stand during the trial. In the end, the jury ruled in favor of the Kardashians.
