After falling apart in 2004, one of Hollywood’s iconic couples reconciled back after about two decades, last year. Their rekindled romance led them to their engagement and subsequent marriage. And this time the couple is in for a much stronger grip on each other. And that’s what the engraving on Lopez’s engagement ring says.

The Engagement Ring Inspires A Song
Lopez and Affleck had started dating back in 2002, and were engaged in 2003 but had their marriage called off in 2004. This Is Me… Then was a result of JLo’s early aught romance with the Academy Award-winning actor, Ben Affleck back in the early 2000s. “My first diamond ring he gave me, the pink diamond ring, it said ‘sing,’” recounted the ‘Marry Me’ actress.
Now the words on the second engagement ring “not.going.anywhere.” is Lopez’s inspiration for one of the tracks in her upcoming album This Is Me…Now. “That’s how he would sign his emails when we started talking again. Like ‘Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere,’” revealed the On The Floor singer. This ring is a silver band embedded with a green stone. The 53-year-old confesses that green is her lucky color.

Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Find Love A Second Time
Finding love for a second time is not easy. And it’s sure that the couple won’t leave each other anytime soon. Bennifer, as the couple is sweetly called had their marriage on July 16, at a private Las Vegas chapel ceremony. A second celebration was held on August 20, held at Affleck’s 87-acre compound outside Savannah with friends and family.
“It’s a beautiful outcome that this has happened in this way at this time in our lives where we can really appreciate and celebrate each other and respect each other,” Jennifer Lopez shared with People on getting to know ben Affleck and herself all over again.
