After Jennifer Lopez went dark on social media by deleting all her posts from Instagram, she returned with a pompous announcement of her new album, ‘This Is Me…Now‘. On 25 November she posted a video dropping the declaration of the 53-year-old new music release. This album will complete the circle of JLo’s album story, ‘This Is Me Then‘ which was released almost twenty years ago. The clip shows the transformation of 2002 Jennifer Lopez to the present.
The ‘Love?‘ singer in her captioned her post with “This is Me … Now”. Below it, she listed all the 13 songs that will be included in the album. The newly announced album has been acknowledged by fans with much excitement. The earlier album was dedicated to Ben Affleck, who is Jennifer’s former husband. Like her 2002 album, this one too celebrates the reunion with Affleck. The couple remarried in Las Vegas on 16 July 2022.

Jennifer Lopez Announces ‘This Is Me… Now‘
The news of Ben and Jennifer getting back together has been received with much love by fans. And Jennifer is joining the crowd by giving them the announcement of another album. In her Instagram post, she revealed all 13 names of the songs in her album. The upcoming songs will be, ‘This Is Me … Now’, ‘To Be Yours’, ‘Mad in Love’, ‘Can’t Get Enough’, ‘Rebound’, Not. Going. Anywhere‘, ‘Dear Ben pt. ll’, ‘Hummingbird’, ‘Hearts and Flowers’, ‘Broken Like Me’, ‘This Time Around’, ‘Midnight Trip to Vegas’, and ‘Greatest Love Story Never Told‘.
In a press release the singer shares that the album, “Chronicles the emotional, spiritual and psychological journey that she has taken over the past two decades,” The ninth studio album welcomes Jennifer’s return to singing and producing. The release says the album is peppy “celebrations of love,” and a reflection of the singer’s evolution over the decades. “This album is a philosophy, a reflection, a zeitgeist moment,” according to People. “It’s about hope, faith, and true love never dying.”

When Will The Album Release?
In her short clip, Jennifer stated that “This Is Me…Now” will be released in 2023. The exact date is yet to be confirmed. According to People, the upcoming album is going to be the singer’s favorite. The album announcement, made along with Apple Music, followed the last release of the singer in 2014. Her A.K.A album sold 80 million releases six years ago.
“I know a lot of you have heard me say that before, so in honor of my #JLovers helping it re-enter the album charts AGAIN after 19 years … here is a Lil #TBT #ThisIsMeThen,” Jennifer wrote in her conclusion. Fans can expect much reflection of the ‘Ain’t Your Mama‘ singer who crowns the world of pop music. Earlier Jennifer claimed, “Some old wounds were healed” upon reunion with Ben Affleck. Therefore. the new songs will certainly carry closure to decades-long turmoil.
