    The New York magazine recently did a feature on the nepo babies of Hollywood and how privileges help them get work easily in the film industry compared to others.

    The ‘Glass Onionactress talked about it in an interview with The Independent on Saturday. Hudson, who was mentioned in the feature, said when it comes to the “nepotism thing…I don’t really care.”

    She said that she and her kids are a “storytelling family” and that it is “in our blood“. “I actually think there are other industries where it’s [more common]. Maybe modeling?” she said. “I see it in business way more than I see it in Hollywood.” Hudson has several siblings in the entertainment industry like Wyatt Russell and Oliver Hudson.

    She said that she never understood how she got hired for ‘Quincy‘ but said that there is “not a day in my professional life that goes by without my being reminded that I am the daughter of movie stars.”

    Curtis said that the conversation around nepotism was designed to “diminish and denigrate and hurt.” The 64-year-old actress has been active in the industry for nearly 44 years.
