‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and ‘Secret Wars’ are already shrouded in a ton of speculation, and now, a new batch of rumours has just made the Multiverse Saga sound even more ambitious. Marvel may be preparing for several unexpected character arcs, and even concealing some big surprises from even the most hardcore fans, according to claims made by insider Alex Perez.
Doom’s Personal Connections Could Change Everything

One of the more interesting claims is about Sue Storm and Doctor Doom. Sue seems to have a personal connection with Doom. And that might leave her in a dilemma between sympathising with him and keeping Reed and her family safe. That might make Doom a far more personal foe for the Fantastic Four.

Namor’s ‘Doomsday’ arc is also said to be linked to the Fantastic Four, Shuri and Wakanda, meaning that he could be pivotal in multiple areas of the MCU. Meanwhile, Sam Wilson is rumored to have a big part and a big moment to establish him as Captain America.
Another mystery is the Latverian witches. They are said to have their own magic powers, but it could be very different from what the audience is expecting. Interestingly, it is said that the Ancient One and Death are not part of the group.
Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man And Doom’s Battleworld

These rumours get even more outlandish in ‘Secret Wars’. Doctor Doom is reportedly still the central antagonist, while a Resistance Avengers team could be divided into smaller groups containing established heroes, younger characters, and three previously unseen figures.

It’s possible that Scarlet Witch will have special significance; her powers could be used to build Doom’s Battleworld. The Maximoff family is also rumored to be reuniting, and the story is based on Marvel Comics’ Children’s Crusade. If so, then Wanda’s return may be more impactful than a cameo.
Then there’s Spider-Man. In ‘Secret Wars’, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man may finally get the black suit, and Marvel is working on several different versions of the story. There’s also a possibility that Agatha Harkness will be a companion to another character.
Additionally, a potential ‘Captain Marvel 3‘ could delve into Carol Danvers and Rogue. A Champions project is reportedly still moving forward too, with more characters than previously leaked. If any of these rumors are true, then there’s a ton more surprises to come for Marvel than the leaks indicate.
