Gorr the God Butcher, a villain who has a blatant hatred for gods, will make his MCU debut in the upcoming film ‘Thor: Love and Thunder‘. Christian Bale plays the role of the villain. He has been a recurring presence in the sequel’s marketing campaigns leading up to its July release.
As part of Phase Four of the MCU, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder‘ will have its world premiere on June 23, 2022, at Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre. Recently, a clip of the movie showed a Venom-like creature.
Venom-Like Villain Appears In ‘Thor: Love And Thunder’
A significant portion of the ads has already shown the villain Gorr’s eerie appearance and his fervent desire to kill gods. In addition to that, Gorr’s minions made a fleeting appearance in one of the film’s trailers. It sparked a variety of hypotheses about their relationship to Venom. The main reason ardent fans are pointing out the potential connection is that Gorr really has a clear tie to the well-known anti-hero in Marvel Comics.
Now, second footage has since surfaced, providing even more proof that Gorr from the MCU may be connected to Venom.

IGN has released the fresh trailer for ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’. It is giving viewers their first complete view of Gorr the God Butcher’s goons.
The video opens with a stunned Thor when one of the terrifying baddies is dispatched by Mjolnir, which has returned. The final scene of the trailer features Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor demonstrating to the God of Thunder the impressive new abilities of Mjolnir.
