Daredevil was one of the most loved superhero shows in recent years. All three seasons of the Marvel show met with a positive critical response and received numerous accolades including an Emmy nomination. However, Netflix canceled it abruptly after season three.
Charlie Cox, who portrayed the titular blind superhero, has since appeared in several films and television shows as the character in MCU. The most recent example is his appearance in ‘She Hulk: Attorney At Law.’ He recently talked about whether he will return as Daredevil or not.

Charlie Cox Opens Up About ‘Daredevil: Born Again’
Fans were disappointed after ‘Daredevil‘ was abruptly canceled after three seasons. However, in recent times, people have hope since Charlie Cox has been making appearances as the blind lawyer.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the 39-year-old actor was asked about whether his appearance in ‘She-Hulk: Attorney At Law‘ has a connection to the original Netflix show. “I honestly don’t know. I haven’t really gotten to that point with the writers of our next Daredevil show“, he said.
He continued, “So I haven’t read any scripts yet, and we haven’t really talked at length about what this current iteration will be like. Just by the fact that they’re using me as an actor to play the part, it’s clear that there are going to be some consistencies and there are also going to be some differences.”
Cox said that to “integrate the two” will be a challenge of the new show. “These things are really complicated, and obviously, opinions are always divided.” He called it ‘Daredevil’ “but upgraded.”

The Character Will Feature In Four Upcoming MCU Projects
In July, it was announced that Cox’s version of the character will feature in four MCU projects. This includes ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.’ and the upcoming ‘Echo.’
Cox talked about the possibility of collaborating with Tatiana Maslany on ‘Daredevil: Born Again,’ a show which is in development for Disney+.
“Listen, I could not be more enthused by that idea. I really hope that it happens. I’m also very sheepish about talking about any casting or any characters, because I don’t want to say something that then becomes a news story and kind of influences the writers in a way“, he said.
The actor also said that he “had such fun working with [Tatiana]. I happen to think she’s one of the great actors of our generation. So that, in and of itself, as well as being a lovely person, it was just such a thrill and a joy to work with her. So I would absolutely love that, but who knows?”
