Spider-Man is a character that has been loved by audiences in all these years. It does not matter whether the character has appeared in films, TV shows, or games, it has received a positive response from everyone around the world.
While MCU has been bringing the best projects based on the character, Insomniac Games is all set to bring a brand new game for game lovers. Titled ‘Spider-Man 2’, the game is all set to be released on October 20, 2023. Let’s check what we know about the villain that would be featured in the game.

Villains Expected To Appear In ‘Spider-Man 2’
The developers of ‘Spider-Man 2’ have not revealed anything about the villain so far. But for now, Venom is expected to appear considering that he is the main foe of Spider-Man in the comic book and the duo have already confronted each other in ‘Spider-Man 3’, released in 2007.
It must be noted that Venom was also teased during the end credits of ‘Spider-Man’ and he was looking sinister in the reveal trailer that was released for the sequel. Tony Todd is the one who has given the voice for the character and the symbiote seems to have links to Earth in comparison to how he appears in the comic books.

Other Villains That Might Appear In The Game
The 2018 game had a new form of the Sinister Six but his appearance is not confirmed until now. The reveal trailer also teased that Kraven the Hunter will change New York City into his own hunting field.
Spider-Man has fought many villains over the years, which include Electro, Rhino, Vulture, Scorpion, and more. Norman Osborn will also play an important role in the game and so there is a possibility that Green Goblin might appear.
The appearances of Kraven and Lizard have also been confirmed. Lizard will also appear in a new form compared to how he has been portrayed in the comics over the years.
