Thanks to Hulu, we are blessed with a brief teaser that gives us the first look at the sporting duo’s back and forth on the court. Jack Harlow and Sinqua Walls are street hustlers Jeremy and Kamal. They team up to make money through basketball games. Jack Harlow is excited about his acting debut and recently spoke of his experiences of shooting the movie.
The film is a remake of the sports classic ‘White Man Can’t Jump‘ written and directed by Ron Shelton. Woody Harrelson played a hustler who makes a living out of conning African American players into believing that he cannot play basketball. He teams up with Sidney (Wesley Snipes), one of his victims, to double his chances.

Kenya Barris and Doug Hall have written the Hulu remake of ‘White Men Can’t Jump.’ Blake Griffin of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers, Ryan Kalil of the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, and Noah Weinstein are producing the film with Kenya Barris.
Directed by Calmatic, Hulu’s remake of Ron Shelton’s sports classic stars Jack Harlow and Sinqua Walls as Jeremy and Kamal Allen. Lance Riddick plays Benji Allen, Kamal’s father and former coach, who suffers from MS. Other cast members are Teyana Taylor, Laura Harrier, Tamera Kissen, Myles Bullock, Vince Staples, Zak Steiner, and Andrew Schulz.
‘White Men Can’t Jump‘ is premiering on Hulu on May 19, 2023.
