The tour was in honor of her second studio album ‘Happier Than Ever‘ released by Interscope Records and Darkroom on July 30, 2021.
The Covid-19 pandemic was the biggest inspiration for Billie Eilish’s ‘Happier Than Ever‘ album. The recording for the album commenced on April 1, 2020, starting with ‘My Future‘ and ending with ‘Oxytocin‘ on February 16, 2021. On May 21, 2021, Billie Elish announced the tour through a Youtube video posted on her official page and also on Twitter. The tour initially consisted of 50 dates including 18 in Europe and 32 in North America. As the tickets for the tour sold immediately, the team extended the dates of the tour.
The concert received worldwide appreciation and adorable responses from the fans. One of the many fans who attended one of the three shows Eilish performed in New Zealand, Auckland last year shared on TikTok that it was the best thing they saw in 2022. Another fan shared an adorable footage of the pop star showing her literally embracing her fans as the crowd caress her face. Billie might be one of the few artists who got so close to a crowd of fans.

The Happier Than Ever concert commenced in 2022 and will end on 27 August 2023 which will take place across North America and Europe. The dates for August 2023 are August 3 – Chicago, August 5- Montreal, August 15 – Budapest, August 25 – Leeds, and August 27- Reading.
