Megan Thee Stallion Drops A Manga Reference Amidst Nicki Minaj Beef

There is now a new rap beef on the horizon, and since Cardi B’s beef in 2018, Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion’s beef have gotten ugly! Minaj has been deemed the queen of rap for almost two decades now, but many female rappers are rising. Megan is one of them. Recently, Tory Lanez, who assaulted the ‘Body’ rapper, got acquitted of his crimes, and Megan’s new song, ‘Hiss’, was thought to allegedly address it.

However, when Megan Thee Stallion released her much-awaited hit, ‘Hiss’, after ‘Cobra’, the hell was let loose! Megan went on to diss Drake, who also took a sly dig at Stallion during the Tory Lanez trial. She dissed Latto and Rihanna as well. However, the rapper majorly dissed Nicki with her ‘Megan’s Law’ verse. This ignited an ugly beef between the two, and amidst that, Stallion uploaded a story with a ‘Tokyo Ghoul’ reference.

The shade room is heating up as Nicki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion’s beef is burning up! Since Megan dropped ‘Hiss’, Nicki has been active on X, aka Twitter. In two days, Minaj has uploaded dozens of tweets and a diss track titled ‘BigFoot’ alluding to the ‘Thot S**t’ rapper.

However, Megan Thee Stallion has not retaliated much other than uploading a picture of red spider lilies. These flowers have great significance in Japanese culture. They usually grow in the autumn during Ohigan, a Buddhist holiday. During this holiday, people in Japan visit the graves of their deceased ancestors to pay tribute.

The red spider lilies have been used extensively as symbolism in anime and manga. One of the popular mangas, ‘Tokyo Ghoul’, is used to show the metamorphosis of the main protagonist, Ken Kaneki.

In one of the scenes, while he is getting tortured, Ken’s transformation is shown in a field of carnations turning into red spider lilies. This might be a hint to the queen of rap for a transformation of a bad b***h into the baddest one.
