Taylor Swift has reached another peak with her album ‘Tortured Poets Department’ as she becomes the first person in history to dominate all the ten spots in the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
This record was previously held by her in 2022 with the release of ‘Midnights’ as she claims back her spot at all the top spots of the chart. Here’s how she reacted to this milestone.

Taylor Swift’s Reaction To New ‘Tortured Poets’ Milestone
Taylor Swift broke all prior records as she dominated all the top 14 spots of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming one of the most record-breaking weeks in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. All the fourteen spots are taken by songs from her album, led by her collaboration with Post Malone, ‘Fortnight‘.
Swift was already the only artist to have ever dominated the entire top 10 of the Hot 100, courtesy of songs from her most recent album, Midnights, which had all-new material, and peaked at number one with ‘Anti-Hero‘.

Not just this. All 31 of her songs from the new album have debuted in the Hot 100 chart. Additionally, Cruel Summer continues to stay on the list, giving her the most no. of spots on the chart.

Achievements Of ‘The Tortured Poets Department’
In its first week of release, The Tortured Poets Department sold 2.61 million streaming units in the US, according to Billboard. In honor of the milestone, Taylor Swift thanked her followers for the amazing reception to her most recent album. Taking to social media, she thanked fans by sharing a few snaps from the album’s making and shared her excitement for her upcoming Paris Eras Tour show.
The caption read, “My mind is blown. I’m completely floored by the love you’ve shown this album. 2.6 million ARE YOU ACTUALLY SERIOUS?? Thank you for listening, streaming, and welcoming Tortured Poets into your life. Feeling completely overwhelmed. I was already so fired up to get back to the tour but you doing THIS?? May 9th can’t come soon enough.”
The album has achieved tremendous streaming milestones, smashing all previous records on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music, three of the biggest music streaming platforms. With over 1 billion listens, Spotify revealed last week that the ‘Tortured Poets Department‘ was its most-streamed album in a single week.
