South Park Makes A Hilarious Joke On Lizzo
In their most recent episode, ‘The End of Obesity‘, South Park cracked a cruel Ozempic joke on Lizzo. Referring to her as an alternative to the well-known weight-loss medication, the show seemingly cracked a joke on her body positivity activism.
The special episode debuted on Paramount+ wherein Eric Cartman tries to get his doctor to write him an Ozempic prescription in the first scene. Despite his desire to reduce weight, he is unable to pay for the medication or file an insurance claim. The doctor suggests Lizzo as an alternative.
“I’m going to write you a prescription for Lizzo. She’s a really good singer who talks about body positivity, and just being happy with the way you look. I want you to listen to Lizzo five times a day, and watch her videos just before bedtime. I’m afraid you’ll have to be on Lizzo for the rest of your life,” Eric’s doctor said.
Then FDA credentials take over as they claim, “Lizzo helps you eat everything you want, and keep physical activity to a minimum….stop listening to Lizzo if you experience suicidal thoughts. Serious side effects may include pancreatitis, hypothermia, and literally s****ing out of your ears.”
The joke, while funny, caught the attention of many who also labeled it offensive. Lizzo herself, however, has a hilarious reaction.

Lizzo Reacts To Being Featured In South Park
Unlike what many others expected, Lizzo didn’t exactly find the joke offensive and took it in good spirits as her reaction to the show’s bit went viral.
In a TikTok video, she says, “That’s crazy. I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b**ch. I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years.”
