The singer is currently on her Celebration tour. Being a high in demand tour, fans have spent a lot of money and have their hearts set on enjoying Madonna’s performance. At her last concert, fans paid significant amounts to attend her show and in Sara Haines words, “You’re literally flipping off your fans who paid to come and watch you.”
Madonna Sued For Coming Late At Her Concert
Pop icon Madonna is currently facing a lawsuit from two fans who attended her December 13 show. The fans are accusing her, Live Nation, and the venue of “unconscionable, unfair, and/or deceptive trade practices” for selling tickets with an 8:30 p.m. start time. The singer did not take the stage until around 10:30 p.m. The lawsuit claims this resulted in attendees not getting home until approximately 1 a.m.
The controversy has sparked a debate on the expectations of punctuality from performers. ‘The View‘ hosts expressed varied opinions on Madonna’s habitual tardiness.
Although the representatives for Madonna have not yet responded to the criticisms and the lawsuit. It has garnered the attention of people.

Madonna’s Actions Discussed By ‘The View’ Panel
The 65-year-old popstar is under fire as ‘The View’ hosts expressed their disappointment over the pop icon’s issues with punctuality at her concerts. Following news of a lawsuit by fans who claim her recent Celebration tour started about two hours behind schedule. The Hot Topics panel on ‘The View’ criticized Madonna’s behavior as ‘disrespectful.’
Joy Behar, one of the hosts, expressed her frustration, stating, “I personally wouldn’t wait two hours to get a hot oil massage from George Clooney, much less a concert by anybody.”
Legal expert Sunny Hostin, who while acknowledging Madonna’s habitual lateness, defended the singer. “I don’t think she should be sued. This is baked into Madonna. She’s an icon. She’s always late,” she said.
The panel also counted other punctual performers, mentioning, “Beyoncé? Always on time. Taylor Swift, Pink, that’s called respectful. It’s how you’re raised. You respect someone’s time the way you expect them to respect yours. You showed up here. They paid hundreds of dollars.”
