Kevin Hart Roasts Co-Star Mark Wahlberg
Kevin Hart declined Wahlberg’s offer to join him on the road to his comedy tour as Marky Mark. When asked for an explanation, he explained, “They offered it and I said, ‘Let’s do it’ and they put their stupid price tag in front of it, which didn’t make sense. Yeah, he said, ‘Kevin, I want $7 million for three songs.’ That’s what he did.”
Hart still gave the option some thought keeping aside the price and made a request. “I said, ‘Are you going to do it in Calvin Klein underwear?‘” Hart added teasingly. “He said, ‘No, I’m not coming out like that anymore.’ It defeats the purpose. I’m paying the money, you know, you have to give the crowd a package of the old ones, right? You have to give them the presentation it once was. He didn’t want to do that, so I told him to go f*** himself.”
The comedian-actor’s humor got a lot of laughs on the red carpet certainly. Let us all wait for the movie to arrive, and see if it can make us laugh in the same way.
