Many women have called out Manson for his predatory behavior. Esmé was one of them. The actress was a fan of his music in her childhood, but her image of the artist changed over time. He called her to L.A. to shoot a music video but under the garb of it, physically abused her. The United States District Court for the Central District of California passed a motion on Wednesday regarding the Game Of Thrones star’s case. She claimed that she was going to be a part of Deftones’ tour video. The video shoot was “to be used as part of the stage set for the band’s current tour.

The tour started this month and will take place till July. The motion stated, “In exchange for providing her images, Ms. Bianco expected an economic benefit from significant public exposure via the band’s worldwide tour and the opportunity to continue working with the highly sought-after creative director who oversaw the project.” However, she has revealed that after Manson found out about her involvement, he contacted the band “to confront them over Deftones’ decision to work with Ms. Bianco.” The actress also claimed that Manson used his power in the industry to interfere in her professional life.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating claims of Manson’s physical abuse of Bianco from 2009 to 2011. The motion said, “Defendant Warner’s actions were intended to cause the contract of Ms. Bianco with Deftones breached when they refused to utilize her images.” Eventually, the band did not use the video. She stated that the breach of agreement resulted in “reputational damage” and “loss of future economic opportunity” with the band. The filing further asserted that Manson “committed an independently wrongful act that was designed to disrupt the relationship” between Bianco and the group.”
