It has been a patient waiting since fans got to know that “Guardians Of Galaxy volume 3” is going to release. From announcing the commencement of the movie to completing the filming, eagle-eyed fans have been eagerly waiting for some details from the movie.
Guardian of the Galaxy Volume 3 wrapped filming just this week. This new Marvel Cinematic Universe presentation has revealed the plot details by chance through some images of the set.
Guardians Of The Galaxy Volume 3 To Take Place On Counter-Earth?
The recent photos from the set of the movie disclosed the plot clues of the latest installment of the MCU. Last week some leaked photos showed humanoid, animal-like creatures in earth or earth-like setting. The photo hinted at the possibility of MCU visiting counter earth and that the movie would have to feature the High Evolutionary.
The brand new batch of set photos was shared by @atlanta_filming. This confirmed the counter earth and the high evolutionary-related doubts of all the fans out there. The first set of photos shows humanoid animal-like creatures walking around in ‘80s clothing. It fuels the theory of New Men featuring in the movie.
Another exciting photo is of a police car emblazoned with alien lettering. Based on a translation of the alien language characters (via Cosmic Circus), the front of the car reads “Police,” while the side reads “Counter” and “Earth.” In other words, it’s almost certainly a Counter-Earth police car. The Movie Introduces The High Evolutionary
In the Marvel comics, the High Evolutionary is a human scientist. He creates counter earth which is an alternate and pure version of earth. There are no superhumans in it. A new version of counter earth resurfaces after the destruction of the original one by Thanos. The new men have human-like minds and capabilities.
The set photos are clear evidence that guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will somehow include the counter earth concept. Who knows if the movie will take place entirely on counter earth or not, but since the cast finished filming, fans won’t get to see any more set photos.
More interestingly Guardians of the Galaxy’s Rocket Raccoon has a connection with the High Evolutionary. Bradley Cooper is voicing the raccoon. The High Evolutionary created the Rocket in the Comics. Fans are already in suspense about whether the rocket’s back story will be explored in the movie or not.
As guardians of the galaxy volume 3 is not going to release until the next May, unfortunately, the fans will have to wait for Some more time.
