Is Elon Musk Planning To Unban Donald Trump On Twitter?
Musk’s tenure as the new boss of Twitter has been pretty chaotic from day one. Right after he stepped in, several people started resigning and advertisers are also backing out.
On Saturday, November 19, the South African billionaire tweeted something that has puzzled everyone on the internet. He conducted a poll asking users if Twitter should reinstate former President Donald Trump or not.

The poll has more than 5,533,202 votes and most of them are directed toward no. This has been a great fear of people ever since Musk took over that he might unban Trump.
Trump, on the other hand, has said that he is not interested in using Twitter anymore and prefers to use his own social media platform Truth Social which he founded last year in October.

Musk also announced that Twitter bans on Kathie Griffin, Jorden Peterson & Babylon Bee have been lifted. They were earlier banned from the platform after the subscription model was introduced.

The SpaceX founder said, “Trump decision has not yet been made.” This means that the billionaire might rely on the poll result to decide Trump’s fate on Twitter.
He also introduced some new policy changes on the micro-blogging site regarding hate speech. “New Twitter policy is freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach,” he tweeted.
“Negative/hate tweets will be max deboosted & demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter. You won’t find the tweet unless you specifically seek it out, which is no different from rest of Internet”, he concluded.
