‘Sex and the City’ was one of the best shows that was ever produced by HBO. The series aired for six seasons from 1998 to 2004 and despite being criticized for a few reasons, the show received a positive response from the audience. The characters of the show became equally famous and the list includes Carrie Bradshaw, played by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Sarah Jessica Parker Did Not Go Nude For Any ‘Sex And The City’ Scene
Sarah Jessica Parker was praised for her performance as Carrie Bradshaw but she did not appear nude in any of the scenes during filming for ‘Sex and the City.’ Sarah addressed the same during her appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show on June 28, 2023.
She stated that she did the show because she found the script interesting and exciting and that she had never seen anything like that in the past. She said that she was concerned that she is not comfortable with performing nude scenes and had a fear that it might be featured later in the show.
Stating that she was advised not to go nude if she did not want to, she added: “I think I was just shy, just never felt comfortable exposing myself that way. I never had any judgments about anybody else doing it, it wasn’t like a morality thing.”

The Actress Became Emotional When She Was Once Asked To Go Nude
Sarah Jessica Parker was never pressurized to go nude in any of the sequences in ‘Sex and the City’, she addressed a moment when the producers asked her to do it and she started to cry. She revealed it during an interview with People in 2018.
Sarah said that the incident happened when the producers were discussing that she would go nude the next day and she was determined not to do the same. Apart from appearing in the show, she was also the executive producer and narrator.
