‘Lord Of The Rings: The Rings of Power’ Season 2: What To Expect From The Storyline

Peter Jackson’s ‘The Lord of the Rings’ and ‘The Hobbit’ film series are considered to be one of the greatest franchises that ever came out of Hollywood. All the films in the franchise were praised for their breathtaking visual effects, storyline, and performances. A long time after the release of those films, Amazon Prime Video decided to continue the franchise with a new series. Titled ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’, the series premiered on September 1, 2022.

The series was inspired by the novel The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien and the premise is set thousands of years before the events of The Hobbit and depicts everything that happens in Middle-earth’s Second Age. The producers renewed the series for another season before the release of Season 1.
