Yet again he has taken to Twitter for reviewing the epic drama series, ‘The Rings of Power‘. Musk slammed the spin-off series and this has made the tweet go viral with tons of reactions to it.
‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power‘ has been airing very successfully for the past episodes, amassing about 25 million viewers with its debut. The series even had a grand premiere which is reported to be the premiere with the highest number of viewers for Amazon Prime Video. So is it right what Musk tweeted? “Tolkien is turning in his grave.”, Elon Musk tweeted about the television fantasy series on September 5. His tweet also followed another comment where he shared how cowardly most of the male characters were and it was only Galadriel who is brave, smart, and nice. From his scathing tweet, it can be understood that the show couldn’t hold his interest. And now the netizens have gone wild with Musk’s critical review.

How Did Twitter React To Musk’s Explosive Tweet?
The ‘Rings of Power‘ is a series that has its own fanbase. The series was much anticipated and was also well welcomed by its viewers. However, with the Twitter CEO’s comment, it is seen that the audience has taken two sides. Hours later a prominent tweet came from fantasy author Neil Gaiman, who slammed back at Musk.
But some supported Musk and ridiculed Jeff Bezos’s pet project and former failed series from Amazon Prime Video, ‘The Wheel Of Time‘.
While some others had taken to Twitter to defend the series and criticize Musk and his innovations.
Many tweets flew past that criticized Musk and compared him to the main villains of the series.
In addition to all these tweets, there were others that went on to criticize Tesla’s failure, some sarcastically urged him to buy Amazon Prime and others called out his white supremacist attitude.
